Great Places, Great Fun - A Great Week in South Haven!

Attractions & Fun

One of the great things about South Haven is just how easy it is to get around. The downtown, Black River and Lake Michigan beaches are all within an easy walk of each other. In fact, a popular activity is doing the 1 Ĺ mile Harbor Walk from pier head to pier head.

Spend a little time getting oriented to where your homestead for the week is and how many blocks it is to the various locations. Most city blocks in South Haven run about 500 feet. The Map Page makes this a fairly simple task.

Again, the key to South Haven is just how easy it is to get around. So park the car, grab some flip-flops or hop on your bike and relax in one of the greatest little towns on Lake Michigan.

The South Haven area offers a variety of activities and attractions to fill a week long visit to the community. Our friends at the South Haven Visitorís Bureau have a great website with loads of information to help plan your stay.

And, if you find your party growing restless a 45 minute drive opens up a whole new level of things to do and see. We recommend visiting the website of the West Michigan Tourist Association to see all there is to do in the region.
